Often what we are communicating makes sense to us based on our unique communication style but it is also effected by what we desire their listening style to be. This course outlines all areas of communication from listening, to speaking, to body language & how to portray your message in the best way for the relationship while learning the art of listening. ’the’ Cosmic Love ‘sage’
Born & raised in Calgary Alberta Roberta was handed the gift of a family of challenge. Narcissism, people pleasing, perfection, drug abuse, deaths, loss of education, malnutrition & violence were amongst some of the basis of her upbringing. Through this she was met with the challenge of discovering herself again & finding a way to be a healthy role model for others. In her process she then was matched with unexpected relationship challenges, ADHD, repeating CPTSD patterns, spiritual attacks & deceit. She even had her business ideas & trauma work that she endured used against her in order to meet someone else’s vision for themselves. She had to fight hard in order to make it like most people do in this life, realizing that a lot of life is suffering but how we manage that sets us apart. One thing she found though throughout her history of challenges was that connection, freedom & stability were fundamental in most humans from the time we are children till the day we pass away.
So with that she decided to use those experiences to support those around her, removing herself from the expectations of the world & what the outcome would be. She started to understand what it means to be a creator, offering her creation upon those she met. She just wanted to be safe within herself to share these gifts as her & hopefully along the way she could light the path for someone else through her journey. She wanted to truly develop more real relationships away from the concepts she had developed in years. Completing tasks & actually allowing her soul to be seen also created a block for her. As she had been made to believe that in being who she was or sharing from her soul it was wrong, she was too ambitious & that it was selfish of her to look out for herself. Slowly she started to complete the things she set out to achieve, working through her blocks one step at a time. Taking each moment for all it was, finding faith in herself & her journey. Self love & Trust was formed in each moment as she started to challenge her normal energy. Testing the world around her as well. Courage filling the once torn down seams where the darkness had opened her up farther & thus making more room for light. Roberta is a figure head of faith & transformation from pure ability to Trust that all things even the most devastating can be used to support you. She is a totem of love & acceptance as well as freedom.

She has over 14 years of experience with serving the community by running events & programs. Combined with education on tarot, astrology, trauma work, inner child healing, shadow work, life coaching, kundalini bodywork, ecstatic dance, healing using art, financial investment education, reiki, LOA, fitness, nutritional studies, thousands of dollars worth of personal development training, extensive personal experience with mental health services, family services & non profit development. She has done all sorts of different careers from the bank, to working for communities, to working on video games, to managing shoe stores or even door to door fundraising. She has written 2 books on her childhood as well as, 1 guide book & 1 journal. She has written over 20k worth of inspirational & educational quotes on Twitter.

The Key to Happiness
I was very excited and privileged to be a part of this program and learn from such a wonderful and caring person.
This has truly helped me in numerous ways. From building healthy routines and structure in my daily grind to letting me face the sides of my personality and emotions I've ignored in a healthy and supportive environment. I've learned that I focus too much on what others see and tried to be what I thought they wanted rather than what I needed to be for me.
Through this program I was able to see that I focused more on getting by day to day than actually planning ahead. I opened up to what I wanted from the long term and was able to set attainable goals and build ways to work towards them.
My biggest lesson in all of this is learning how I mask both my strengths and emotional vulnerabilities through self-deprecating humor and the like rather than understanding who I am and just being that person. And more importantly that not hiding doesn't mean I detract from the care and kindness I can show to others. It actually makes it more genuine.
You will be pushed to do things for yourself, but with support from all sides. But you truly do get out of it what you put into it. I'm a prime example of that. I was not as serious as I should have been at first, and trust me I fought some of these lessons, but I'm all the better for facing it now.
You owe it to yourself to try this program. It isn't designed to solve everything for you, but it will give you many of the tools necessary and put you well on your path!
